Beneficiaries will receive a monthly salary and to cover the costs of travel to and fro and secure limited to accidents and illness.

* From one of the following ), Mauritania , Morocco , Algeria , Tunisia , Libya , Egypt , Sudan , Syria , Lebanon , Palestine , Jordan , Iraq , Kuwait , Bahrain , Qatar , the United Arab Emirates , Saudi Arabia , Oman , Yemen , Djibouti , Somalia )
* Holds a Ph.D.
* Currently working at a university in one of Albadan members of the Arab Fund for funding :
Mauritania , Morocco , Algeria , Tunisia , Libya , Egypt , Sudan , Syria , Lebanon , Palestine , Jordan , Iraq , Kuwait , Bahrain , Qatar , the United Arab Emirates , Saudi Arabia , Oman, Yemen , Djibouti and Somalia .
* You have a good experience in university teaching
* Fluent in the language of the country where it will go .
